Log Listening: Audio Storytelling In-Person
What (social) information gets transmitted by sound? What is a soundscape, or a soundmark and what can close listening (and recording) tell us about the world we live in?
To answer these questions, in this workshop we'll go over the basics of using audio to create sound documentaries that interrogate social, political, and ecological tensions and phenomena. If you have audio recorded, please bring it. Wired headphones are also encouraged.
